How much? Here are some figures based on this site. To design initial Template Page, create buttons and layout - 3 hours.  To create linked network of 12 blank pages; 1 hour. To write and add text, average 20 mins per page, 4 hours. To check, double check and upload - 2 hours. Total time 10 hours; cost £150 for 12 pages.

I'm not allowed to say 'I'm cheaper than...' so look at my examples and comments, shop around a bit to see what this would cost you elsewhere, and decide for yourself.
